Types of Triangle based on Side

Types of Triangle based on side:

An Equilateral triangle has all three sides the same length. An Isoceles triangle has two sides with the same length. A Scalene triangle has all three sides different lengths.

Type of Triangles on the basis of Sides: Scalene Triangle : A triangle whose all sides of different lengths is called Scalene Triangle.(Diagram Required)In the above figure we can see that AB ≠ BC ≠ AC.Isosceles Triangle : A triangle whose any two sides are equal is called an Isosceles Triangle.(Diagram Required)Here, in the ΔABC, two sides are equal, AB = AC.Equilateral Triangle : A triangle whose all sides are equal to one another, is called an Equilateral Triangle.(Diagram Required)In the ΔABC, all the three sides are equal, AB = BC = AC
